Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling has confirmed that rap star and entrepreneur 50 Cent will be making a cameo appearance in the firm’s eagerly anticipated shooter, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
According Bowling, Fiddy’s part in the sequel forms just one of a few “casual cameos in the game, none of which I can name at this point.” The world famous rapper can be seen in several shots on his website visiting Infinity Ward HQ alongside Good Charlotte members Benji and Joel, who “came along with him when he was here recently to check out his voice in the game.”
Bowling went on to state that Fiddy can be heard during the game’s multiplayer portion blurting out phrases such as “Reloading,” “Watch your fire,” “I’m down, get me up!” and “Tango Down!”
Modern Warfare 2 is due out on November 10.
